Responsibilities

Develop and oversee an agile operations system for the Incubator to streamline processes;

Collaborate with Mode Leads to establish and implement recruitment, hiring, onboarding, cybersecurity, technology asset management, budgeting, vendor procurement, and contract execution processes;

Lead project management of initiatives across teams, ensuring collaborative and efficient execution;

Develop and update training programs, addressing critical skill gaps to advance Incubator objectives;

Partner with the Movement Labs HR team to cultivate a diverse talent pipeline for each Mode vertical;

Coach Mode vertical staff on optimizing both internal Movement Labs resources and services and external vendor and technology resources and services;

Additional duties as assigned.
