Responsibilities

In partnership with the CEO, lead Mission Brands Consulting’s day-to-day operations, including staff and structure policy development and implementation
Identify growth opportunities and key risks for talent, tech, and trends
Support the CEO with top-level administrative functions, including revenue projections, billing, and vendor management
Support the CEO to lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
Lead the onboarding/offboarding process for all new employees, contractors, and partners; ensuring a seamless handoff from business development and a positive initial experience
Act as a key point of contact for partners when needed, escalating issues while maintaining a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Conduct regular partner check-ins to nurture relationships, identify growth opportunities, and assess satisfaction
Support the business development lead with strategic counsel, and tactical activities, including partnering on proposal development—scope, timelines, and budget
Collaborate with the CEO and business development lead to strategize on organizational growth opportunities, track performance and traction
Own and manage Mission Brands Consulting's Asana board, ensuring all projects, tasks, and timelines are clearly defined and up-to-date
Coordinate with the team to assign tasks, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery
Track team project hours to ensure time management, alignment with contracts, and accurate billing
Ensure partner meeting notes are captured, stored, and communicated, providing clear follow-ups and next steps
Regularly evaluate and refine project management workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness

Required

Minimum of seven years’ experience in operations roles
Agency environment and/or start-up experience with proven expertise in operations
Demonstrated ability to develop people, processes, and relationships
Strong understanding of the financial services landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage partner relationships and team dynamics
Commitment to doing things right, not right now
Visionary and strategic
Proficient in business administration
Skilled with project management tools, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to build, maintain, and manage complex relationships
Strong, open, professional communicator
