Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of various tasks and projects across the organization.
Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload.
Monitor the performance of team members to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities.
Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Partner with the Transformation team to identify areas for improvement in task execution and implement process enhancements.
Assist the Transformation team in tracking progress and outcomes.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for task management.
Conduct regular reviews of task performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on task progress and performance to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of task assignments, progress, and outcomes.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Address any issues or obstacles that arise during task execution.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying problems.
Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Assist operations leadership in executing tasks and achieving goals.
Help remove obstacles that may hinder progress and ensure smooth task execution.
Facilitate senior management level meetings, ensuring agendas are followed and objectives are met.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting minutes.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
