Responsibilities

Review established operational policies, processes, and procedures as well as results and provide guidance to the operations team.

Identify areas for financial improvement thru operational analysis.

Assist in monitoring strategic initiatives executed to enhance financial performance.

Analyze the performance of the portfolio against operating targets.

Assist in the development of annual operating and capital expense budgets.

Participate in monthly operations reviews and support these reviews with routine analysis.

Assist Operations Leadership with special projects aimed at improving financial outcomes.
