Responsibilities
Take ownership of projects as they arise.
Manage financial operations, including processing payments and invoices.
Assist in establishing and improving internal IT tooling and processes.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to internal processes.
Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to lead compliance efforts and certifications (SOC 2, GDPR).
Manage the company calendar, tracking key milestones and priorities.
Coordinate and schedule leadership meetings and company-wide events.
Gather and share status updates from team leads.
Assist with light scheduling and calendaring for the CEO and executive team as needed.
Track and nurture important relationships with candidates, customers, and investors.
Serve as a point of contact for key relationships when appropriate.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects while focusing on details and deadlines.
Expertise in understanding various business functions; the role is expected to evolve as the organization grows.
Experience and proficiency with modern tools like Notion, Slack, and AI to enhance workflow efficiency.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an operations role.
Preferred
Prior experience in consulting or startups is a plus, but not required.
