Operations Integration Manager

Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and management of operational initiatives, integration of operational processes and services across different functional departments including customer service, content development, content production, scoring, score reporting, and technology.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify implementation requirements to achieve operation efficiencies and on-time delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Develop, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of integration and implementation efforts, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Serve as liaison between various departments within the organization to facilitate communication and collaboration during development and implementation activities.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress of integration and implementation of services, highlighting challenges, achievements, and recommendations for improvement.
Continuously provide input to project management activities throughout the project lifecycle, influencing scope, charter, risk plan, project plan, issues, and status.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of education and experience. Course work in education technology management is helpful but not required.
Generally, requires at least 10+ years relevant experience and proven ability or appropriate training to supervise or manage others.
Six-Sigma and PMP certification is desired.
Demonstrated service and project management experience dealing with cross functional business units.
Problem-solving skills which include a systematic approach from problem analysis and research to evaluation of alternative solutions
Must have excellent communications skills.
Must be able to handle work on many projects at once, prioritize and schedule own work, and work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
