Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
Process Optimization: Streamline workflows across PDG’s talent management offerings and IT service delivery teams.
Align efforts with project and client objectives by coordinating closely with subcontractors and internal teams.
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently for recruitment projects, talent optimization workshops, and IT solutions.
Ensure timely execution of federal and private sector contracts in collaboration with the service delivery team.
Financial Oversight and Coordination
Billing and Receivables: Manage receivables and ensure accurate, timely client billing.
Resolve discrepancies promptly, maintaining detailed documentation.
Bookkeeping Coordination: Collaborate with the bookkeeper to track financial transactions, close monthly books, and prepare reports.
Ensure financial data accuracy with a focus on tracking net profit.
Profitability Analysis: Analyze project revenue, expenses, and profit margins to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Goal Alignment: Develop operational plans aligning with PDG’s strategic goals and integrating talent management and IT initiatives.
Address organizational restructuring and workforce optimization for clients.
Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs for service delivery, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Client Relations Support
Client Deliverables: Oversee tailored talent management and IT service delivery, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
Address operational concerns and build strong client relationships.
Customizing Services: Collaborate with clients to customize solutions and manage projects using tools like Asana.
Service Delivery Team Management
Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality IT service delivery.
Facilitate effective communication between subcontractors, internal teams, and clients.
Team Leadership: Mentor internal staff and project managers to foster accountability and collaboration.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal regulations and private sector standards for operational processes.
Risk Management: Identify risks in operations and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Continuous Improvement
Innovation in Practices: Drive operational enhancements using Asana for workflow management and Harvest for project tracking.
Feedback Integration: Refine processes and improve service delivery through stakeholder feedback.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human capital management firm with federal contracting (GovCon) operations.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
Strong financial acumen, including managing receivables, tracking profitability, and bookkeeping coordination.
Proficiency in Asana (project management) and Harvest (time tracking and expense management).
Familiarity with federal regulations and compliance for contracts and IT service delivery.
Preferred
Experience in talent management and IT service delivery for federal and private sector organizations.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or operations management.
Familiarity with workforce optimization and organizational restructuring.
