Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will establish a quantitative evaluation mechanism to measure installation physical security defense in-depth (DiD) capability along with corresponding capability and risk.
The mechanism will provide consistency of reporting, proper resourcing, billet prioritization and utilization to include future year Mission Profile Validation-Protection (MPV-P) reviews, POM submissions and validating SF "ready for tasking."
The mechanism/ tool must measure the totality of the installations' capability to conduct DiD as it relates to specified threats against a metric of a defined whole.
Input to the model will include an evaluation of infrastructure, security equipment, SF Certification process, Mission Assurance Assessment (MAA) reports, and results of the Exercise Program (XP). The output of this model will produce a snapshot for assessing capability, vulnerability, and risk.
The candidate must be able to simplify, standardize, improve efficiency, reduce subjectivity, and modernize annual risk assessments at all by establishing a quantitative systems approach to risk assessments.

Required
Experience in developing force protection program assessments.
Ability to analyze installation infrastructure, installed technology, policy compliance, manning, training, and security force equipment.
Proficiency in using historical and forecasting data for analysis.
Establishing a quantitative evaluation mechanism for measuring installation physical security defense in-depth (DiD) capability.
Capability to provide consistency of reporting and proper resourcing.
Experience with billet prioritization and utilization.
Familiarity with Mission Profile Validation-Protection (MPV-P) reviews and POM submissions.
Ability to evaluate infrastructure, security equipment, SF Certification process, Mission Assurance Assessment (MAA) reports, and Exercise Program (XP) results.
Skill in producing assessments of capability, vulnerability, and risk.
Ability to simplify, standardize, improve efficiency, reduce subjectivity, and modernize annual risk assessments.
