Responsibilities

Provide leadership, organization, strategy, and coordination to support PMO’s key activities.

Oversee project management team, develop the team, plan projects, and govern in the designated region.

Track project expenses versus expected budget to ensure projects meet expectations.

Mentor and coach new project managers to create professional development plans.

Create executive level reports of project and program progress for Jabil stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in industrial engineering or a related field

7 years of experience in the position offered or 7 years of experience defining processes, driving continuous improvement programs for efficiency improvement, and driving quality improvement projects in the manufacturing industry

7 years of experience performing program management or implementing Lean Manufacturing processes

4 years of experience implementing and driving continuous shop floor engagement models

3 years of experience performing enterprise resource planning and applying cost accounting principles

Must live within commuting distance of the office in Florence, KY
