Responsibilities

Develops content for internal communication programs that support and reinforce organizational objectives

Creates documents and materials that follow organizational standards and branding

Develops and executes internal communications between assigned lines of business in accordance with Program Management’s communication guidelines

Creates, deploys, and maintains all educational and change management resources for all new and existing programs and projects for Experience including executive PowerPoint presentations, huddle documents, visibility roadmaps, program/project reporting

Assists the Program Management team with assigned tasks from larger programs and project initiatives

Plans, coordinates, and organizes within a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Performs other duties as needed upon request from the immediate supervisor

Required

Bachelors degree required or a minimum of eight years directly related experience required

Minimum three years internal communications experience required

Must have experience writing communications for large teams required

Preferred

Knowledge of branch and back-office operations, policies, practices, protocols, systems and programs preferred

Working knowledge of financial services from a sales, operations, and compliance perspective in a branch, membership and call center environment preferred
