Responsibilities
Work with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams to expedite past due income resolution.
Ensure all internal and external inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner and communicate effectively with clients when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of current alternative procedures and processes.
Document any updates or changes to formal procedures, databases, etc.
Participate in projects as well as prepare and verify information for those various projects/special requests as directed.
Coordinate work efforts when multiple Associates are needed to complete work.
Participate in individual on-going training and development.

Required
Minimum of a BS/BA degree preferably in accounting, finance, or economics related area
At least 2 years of experience with Income or equivalent Finance related operations
PC literacy and ability to utilize Microsoft suite of applications
Preferred
Experience with State Street applications preferred but not required
