Responsibilities

Work independently and cooperatively with other members of the Margin team to ensure Regulation T margin calculations are met in a timely fashion

Ensure client accounts are above regulatory minimums as stated within Reg-T and FINRA Rule 4210

Facilitate movements of securities and moneys in and out of the firm using proprietary firm systems.

Escalate violations and unresolved problems to Margin Management

Work with branches to resolve problems related to the firm’s retail client base

Comply with department policies, procedures and escalation procedures

Perform other functions and tasks assigned
