Responsibilities
Receive/review incoming work, prioritize accordingly and contact appropriate resources as needed to meet SLAs.
Minimize risk by following all regulations and rules pertaining to operational area and report deficiencies to leadership.
Assist in the development and presentation of training.
Escalate suspected fraud to Financial Intelligence Department and leadership for resolution.
Enter transactions into PC, verify accuracy; and balance general ledger accounts/applications.
Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records.
Perform fast, effective, accurate, and courteous service to customers and banks.
Prepare, edit, distribute, and/or correct specialized and/or complex documents.
Provide regular reports on customer feedback and trends in problems or situations involving various product activities.
Review processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency opportunities and recommend to leadership, as applicable.

Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4 years Business, Finance or Operations experience
3-5 years Banking, Financial Services or Operations experience
Preferred
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Finance
