Responsibilities
Cross-Departmental Support: Fulfill task requests from various departments, such as compiling data, creating organized spreadsheets, and supporting projects.
Operational Assistance: Contribute to the core operations of the business, touching areas like finance, product management, event management, and general process improvement.
Data Stewardship: Maintain clean, detailed, and well-organized data, including crafting reports and managing spreadsheets.
Proactive Problem Solving: Think ahead to anticipate needs, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions.
Learning and Adapting: Quickly get up to speed on new tasks, processes, or tools, demonstrating resourcefulness and a “figure-it-out” mindset.

Required
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the B2B professional services space
High Kolbe A Quick Start and Follow Through scores. A Kolbe A assessment will need to be completed as part of the hiring process.
Experience in a variety of business functions or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly in new areas.
Strong organizational and data management skills—Excel proficiency is highly valued.
Someone who is curious, resourceful, and a natural problem solver.
Interest in learning new skills and growing within the company, whether in Operations or another department.
