Responsibilities

Assist in compiling and organizing investigator notes into clear, comprehensive reports.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of each case, ensuring all documents, evidence, and relevant notes are properly organized.
Update case files consistently, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Coordinate case scheduling, investigator availability, and resource allocation to ensure cases progress efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact for general case-related inquiries, keeping clients informed of updates as directed.
Support the team with scheduling and logistics, handling administrative tasks that support investigative efficiency.
Maintain professional and timely communication with clients, providing general updates and assisting with inquiries.
Schedule client meetings, interviews, and case review sessions, considering both client preferences and investigator availability.
Assist in generating invoices, tracking case expenses, and preparing precise fee application packets for accurate billing and transparency.
Maintain financial records associated with each case to ensure a streamlined and accurate billing process.
Assist with outreach efforts, supporting business development initiatives as directed, including coordinating with potential clients and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings.
Occasionally assist with social media content or other outreach materials, ensuring they align with the firm’s branding and messaging.
Provide administrative assistance for the company president and others as directed.

Required

Paralegal experience is a plus.
