Required
Five years of experience
Must be a United States Citizen - Born in the States - Must show proof
No c2c Opportunities
Must be willing to take and pass a Public Trust Clearance
Must Live within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC in the event of a catastrophic outage
Experience leading an incidence response team and managing SLA requirements on trouble tickets
Preferred
Demonstrable history of successfully leading an incident response team in an enterprise environment
Skilled at producing technical documents and engineering diagrams
Strong written and verbal skills
Team focused
Strong understanding of Office 365 and Windows Server
