Responsibilities

Provide real-time product, service, and sales support for national Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Loyalty Agency teams
Evaluate and recommend skill/knowledge coaching and development to optimize performance
Track and document agent support requests, identify trends, insights, and recommendations
Conduct Agent call observe assessments and provide feedback to improve agent performance
Collaborate with managers and other key stakeholders to support the improvement of quality metrics
Provide timely and quality solutions through informative and personable interactions with agents
Support audit and business practice compliance reviews to ensure adherence
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required

Fluent in French
Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent working experience
Prior experience in a sales/customer service function, quality control and/or coaching
Strong knowledge of Allstate’s core insurance products and sales processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong working knowledge with internal Allstate technology and applications (CRMS, Focus, PLUS)
Understanding of Allstate core products, underwriting guidelines and other process and procedures
CIP or ongoing professional development an asset
Extremely professional with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts
Excellent team player with the ability to grow relationships with internal customers and business partners
Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally respond to agent enquiries via telephone, email or other communication methods
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Ability to adopt work processes to support changing business tactics
