Responsibilities

Implementing changes into materials planning and supply chain processes during ERP transformation (migration from BAAN to ORACLE EBS)
Achieving efficiency and meeting production goals in a high-cycle manufacturing environment
Coaching executives and operators on Operational Excellence and how to attain it using advanced lean techniques

Required

2+ years’ experience implementing lean value streams in manufacturing environments.
Experience leading a lean transformation, including working closely with high-level executives and direct labor workforce.
Previous experience in master scheduling, production planning, or related roles within the manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated experience in change management and leading stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Experience being a change agent during at least one ERP/MRP implementation (Oracle EBS, Infor/BAAN, SAP, JDE or Oracle Cloud or similar).
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

Advanced knowledge in mixed model value streams and handling shared resources in machine shops is a plus.
Ability to coach executives and operators on Operational Excellence and how to attain it using advanced lean techniques.
