Oversee algorithm performance across all operated projects, ensuring top results.

Required

3+ years in building Linear, Mixed-Integer, and/or Nonlinear Optimization models into production

In-depth understanding of energy markets, EV/Fleet optimization, batteries, Virtual Power Plants, renewable energy, energy policies/regulations, and energy systems. (ERCOT & CAISO knowledge preferred)

Proficiency in Python and Linear and mixed integer programming

High attention to detail and excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
