Responsibilities

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry standard methodologies, product knowledge, and eye for business.

Exercises judgment and intuition for business in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.

Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.

Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.

Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.

Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

Required

Extensive experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud FAH solution.

Experience implementing and configuring Finance Accounting Hub.

Experience in a variety of industries.

Ability to analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solution meets customer’s objectives.

Ability to exercise judgment and intuition for business in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions.

Ability to provide direction and mentoring to project teams.

Ability to effectively influence customer leadership on key decisions.

Ability to resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

Demonstrated expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.

Preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated experience leading implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Applications, specifically Finance Accounting Hub.

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated experience configuring FAH solutions for clients in a Consulting capacity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
