Responsibilities
Architect Oracle CDM solutions to support business processes and customer data strategies.
Design workflows for data standardization, deduplication, and validation.
Develop custom solutions for seamless integration with Oracle CX Cloud, ERP, and SCM.
Implement data quality processes, including cleansing, enrichment, and hierarchy management.
Define and enforce master data governance policies and compliance standards.
Set up tools for data profiling, matching, and survivorship rules.
Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware.
Migrate and consolidate data from legacy systems to Oracle CDM.
Ensure real-time synchronization with other enterprise systems.
Work with business teams to define customer data requirements.
Partner with technical teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
Provide thought leadership in customer data management best practices.
Optimize Oracle CDM for large-scale datasets.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements.

Required
Deep expertise in Oracle CDM and MDM platforms.
Experience with Oracle CX Cloud Suite (Sales, Service, Marketing).
Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integration.
Knowledge of data modeling, governance frameworks, and ETL tools.
Strong command of APIs (REST/SOAP) and SQL.
Proven ability to design and implement complex data management architectures.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
8+ years in data management roles, with at least 3 years as an architect.
Preferred
Prior experience in implementing Oracle CDM for large enterprises is highly preferred.
