Responsibilities

Manage: the coordination of partners and working groups engaged in project work; project deliverables in line with the statement of work; project evaluation and dissemination activities; consultancy input within the defined budget.

Be accountable for the successful delivery of projects leading to new opportunities with existing clients;

Provide guidance and leadership to our internal project delivery team;

Function as the primary point of escalation for project issues and challenges;

Focus on building strong trusted-advisor relationships with client leadership;

Be present across all engagements and opportunities with individual clients;

Meet with project managers on a regular basis to ensure the forecast of hours and the continuous management of the budget (actuals and forecast to completion);

Monitor project progress and performance;

Lead a cooperative, motivated and successful team focused on a common goal;

Act as the connective tissue to solve complex challenges when needed;

Sit on project steering committees and report the status when appropriate;

Work closely with clients’ program management and key leaders to ensure projects meet business success measures.
