Responsibilities
The Oracle Cloud Compensation Consultant is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams and interact with business and understand their pain areas, co-ordinate with them, help in testing.
Have good understanding of the HCM Cloud modules.
Should have at least 1 Implementation experience in Compensation for Global Company across Multiple Geographies.
Should have deep expertise in Base compensation, Workforce compensation, Individual Compensation and Total rewards.
Must have worked on at least 1-3 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role.
Must have Experience in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation.
Must have experience in fast formulas specific to compensation rules and payroll elements.
Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Compensation.
Experience in Implementing Payroll and Absence will be desired.
Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
Prepare the functional design.
Knowledge of Absence and Compensation will be desired.
Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested.
