Responsibilities
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Customize and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
Develop and execute implementation strategies to ensure successful deployment of HCM solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.
Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and security within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment.
Perform regular system audits, updates, and patches as necessary.
Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for additional support and expertise.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Oracle Cloud HCM to provide insights into HR data.
Utilize Oracle's reporting tools to deliver accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
Stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM updates, new features, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance the performance of the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and improve user experience.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM, including hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
Proven track record in managing full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
Experience with HR processes and best practices in a corporate environment.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and data analytics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) preferred.
