Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for application teams integrating with People Platform

Validate/test the consumer data before they begin their phase of testing

Analyze behind the scenes data using SQL queries

Quickly identify defect root causes and drive towards resolution

Maintain a plan that shows the onboarding status of each team. Update/maintain plan every week

Uses critical thinking mindset to ensure all possible outcomes are accounted for in preventing consumer issues
