Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements

Gather & Map requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation

Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing

Understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Talent and Learning management

Work on at least 1-2 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role

Experience in Implementing Core HR and Oracle recruitment will be desired

Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills

Required

At least 1 Implementation experience in Talent & Learning management for a Global Company across Multiple Geographies.

Overall 5-9 yrs experience.

Deep expertise in Dynamic Skills, Talent Profile, Goal and Performance management, Succession Planning & Talent Review Meeting.

Worked on at least 1-2 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role.

Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation.

Experience in fast formulas specific to define eligibility profile around talent & Learning management.

Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.

Understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Talent and Learning management.

Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

Preferred

Experience in Implementing Core HR and Oracle recruitment will be desired.
