Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish goals.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Train and mentor project teams on best practices related to Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation.

Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager for Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation or similar Oracle Cloud ERP modules
Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and methodologies
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
Preferred
PMP certification
