Responsibilities
Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high-level implementation plans.
Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
Defining new and refining existing business processes.
Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.

Required
BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain Operations, or equivalent degree
10+ years of implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain applications with at least 2 years focused on implementing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing (Discrete and Process)
Extensive experience identifying gaps between client processes and Oracle SCM Cloud and determining solutions (configurations, extensions, etc.)
Experience with but not limited to Oracle SCM Cloud Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing and Process Manufacturing with a strong focus on Process)
Experience with full Implementation lifecycle – requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Oracle cloud applications
Experience presenting functional solutions to director level business stakeholders and managing delivery expectations
Ability to lead and mentor less experienced consultants within the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing module

Preferred
Experience implementing additional Oracle Cloud modules including but not limited to: Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Planning
Certifications in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud – Manufacturing, Planning or other
Experience as an Architect leading large, complex SCM implementations, as well as global design sessions leveraging a process first approach
