Responsibilities
Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans.
Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
Hands-on configuration of the solution with the ability to support junior team members.
Defining new and refining existing business processes.
Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.

Required
Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of lead experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement (direct) with previous global design workshop experience and completion of at least 3 full life cycle implementation projects.
Must have proven expertise in Procure to Pay processes and hands on experience in the following procurement modules: Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, and Supplier Management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients.
Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Position will require some travel (anywhere from 25 to 40%)
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Cloud Inventory Management and/or Costing implementation.
Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud – Procurement, Inventory, Costing or other
Experience and desire to mentor junior staff
