Responsibilities

Configure Oracle Cloud ERP as part of the implementation, ensuring that it meets the solution design and aligns with Oracle Cloud ERP recommended best practices;

Manage the solution design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring alignment with the design;

Integrate requirements from multiple design sessions and teams into the cloud ERP system design;

Develop use and test cases to test the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials Projects and Grants modules and participate in the execution of such test cases;

Support the project execution methodology, report on the project progress, and proactively identify and manage issues to closure;

Communicate impact and risk of deviations, escalating when necessary.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Projects and Grants implementation;

Proven experience participating in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations as a Functional Consultant, with at least 3 implementations with Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants configuration responsibilities;

Demonstrable experience in facilitating and conducting business process workshops, requirement gathering sessions, proof of concept sessions, conference room pilots, system integrated testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT);

Experience working with ERP to mature financial processes and reporting;

Experience leading small teams (2 to 4 people);

Demonstrated ability to track and manage the scope of responsible modules against the statement of work, and address and/or appropriately escalate, as necessary;

Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations;

Expert knowledge in financial system integration and overall ERP development, testing and support;

Functional knowledge of other Oracle Financial Cloud ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, EXP, LA, FA);

Thorough understanding of operational financial controls and accounting processes;

Presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive level management and influence outcomes;
