Responsibilities
Demonstrate a deep understanding of core processes of Oracle SaaS Approval and BPM rules, ensuring alignment with business operations and objectives
Provide comprehensive post-production support for all functional aspects of Oracle SaaS Approval and BPM rules
Oversee the daily support of Oracle Cloud SaaS applications, ensuring optimal system performance and prompt issue resolution
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT management to optimize operations and deliver competitive advantages through technology
Participate in root cause analysis of recurring issues, driving long-term solutions to enhance system reliability

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred
Ten years of related experience, with healthcare technology experience preferred
10+ years of Oracle Finance experience, including 3+ years in Oracle Fusion
3+ years of experience in leading and managing a team
Proven record of working with senior business leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies
Preferred
Cross-module experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Projects Costing
Experienced in Agile methodologies and their implementations in ERP package solutions
Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance architecture and administration
