Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy data conversion programs for Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM).

Create scripts, programs, and utilities to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.

Work with functional teams and business analysts to understand data migration requirements and specifications.

Analyze source and target data structures and develop mapping documentation.

Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance.

Utilize tools like SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to build conversion logic.

Perform rigorous data quality checks and validations during the conversion process.

Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Document technical specifications, conversion scripts, and processes for future reference.
