Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performing database solutions for enterprise applications.
Perform advanced logical database administration and development, including performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance applications and implement database solutions.
Provide day-to-day database support for production and non-production environments.
Design and develop CI/CD workflows for database automation using tools like Jenkins.
Implement and manage SQL and PL/SQL code, and provide performance tuning recommendations.
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in development and production environments.
Develop tools and scripts using SQL, PL/SQL, and Linux shell scripting.
Utilize Agile methodologies to support database-related development and testing efforts.

Required
8+ years of experience implementing, administering, and monitoring application databases.
8+ years of expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development and optimization.
8+ years of experience with database automation and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
8+ years of experience with Oracle APEX development.
Expertise in performance tuning and advising developers on optimization strategies.
Strong knowledge of Oracle internal views, architecture, and built-in functions.
Experience with Erwin Modeling tools for logical and physical data modeling.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and large-scale development projects.
Preferred
Knowledge of data modeling techniques, including star schema.
Familiarity with tablespace consolidation, DBMS reorg, partition analysis, and index analysis.
Experience troubleshooting on Oracle 11/19c databases in Linux/Solaris environments
