Responsibilities

Implement and configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements.

Develop customizations, extensions, modifications, and integrations using Oracle development tools (e.g., PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle API).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into Oracle EBS functionalities.

Perform gap analysis and propose solutions or enhancements to improve workflows.

Provide ongoing functional and technical support for Oracle EBS modules.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and system integrations with other applications.

Maintain and optimize database performance for Oracle EBS.

Develop test cases and perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and configurations.

Work closely with IT teams, developers, and third-party vendors to deploy and maintain Oracle EBS solutions.

Provide training and guidance to end users and junior team members.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with expertise in specific modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, or Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, tables, workflows, and APIs.

Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.

Experience with system integration and middleware tools like Oracle SOA Suite.

Experience with Oracle EBS R12 (12.2.x) or later.

Oracle EBS certification in relevant modules.

Experience with Oracle Cloud migration or coexistence solutions.

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies for project delivery.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and personalizations.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
