Responsibilities
Gather business requirements related to Payroll and Benefits processes.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand payroll and benefits operations and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits modules according to business needs, ensuring system is aligned with current requirements.
Provide functional expertise to configure Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits modules, including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits enrollment, deductions, and compliance reporting.
Develop and execute functional test plans for system enhancements, updates, and patches.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits, providing support and troubleshooting guidance to end users.
Identify and resolve any functional issues within the Oracle EBS system related to payroll processing and benefits administration.
Create detailed functional documentation, process flows, and user guides for Payroll and Benefits processes.
Provide training to end users on best practices for Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits modules.
Stay up to date with Oracle EBS updates, patches, and new releases, assessing impact on current configurations and recommending improvements.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize payroll and benefits processes through system enhancements.

Required
3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle EBS in a functional role, specifically with Payroll and Benefits modules.
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits configurations, functionality, and best practices.
Experience with payroll processing, tax calculations, benefits enrollment, and related reports.
Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
Familiarity with Oracle EBS integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Time & Labor).
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Preferred
Oracle EBS certifications (specifically in Payroll or Benefits modules).
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM modules is a plus.
Previous experience working in a global or large enterprise environment is preferred.
