Responsibilities

Support and manage multiple clients from various industries using MS Teams, email and the Jira ticketing system;

Resolve support tickets;

Recommend enhancements and optimize client processes across multiple products and platforms;

Provide remote post-production support for live clients.

Background in finance or accounting (CPA or BBA)

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM Close applications

Minimum of 5 years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support)

Experience with Data Management or EDMCS

Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Narrative Reporting and Smart View

Ability to manage time and clients effectively
