Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customize Oracle ERP solutions based on client requirements.
Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support.
Perform system integration, data migration, and process automation using Oracle ERP tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver scalable solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP applications.
Conduct system testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth adoption.
Ensure compliance with best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
Continuously update knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, tools, and new releases.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion).
In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HRMS, or Manufacturing.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data migration techniques.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they align with ERP systems.
Experience with Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI, BIP, or FSG.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions (Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud)
