Responsibilities

Define the problem, propose and create the solution.

Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.

Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.

Detail the project scope.

Contribute to thought leadership, pre-sales support, and other initiatives of the organization.

Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.

Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, and systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.

Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.

Required

At least 11+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty instead of every year of education.

Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience in services organizations.

7+ Years of experience in the implementation of Oracle applications.

Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Financial Cloud.

Required to have at least 4 or 5 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financial Cloud (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, iExp)

Strong experience and Functional knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud.

Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.

Good Knowledge of Oracle Cloud strategy for handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3rd party applications.

Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM), and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)

Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.

Excellent communication skills, adapt to business interaction and understanding of business applications.

Preferred

Additional knowledge of integration with other Oracle Cloud applications such as Oracle PPM Cloud and Oracle Procurement Cloud (Not compulsory to have)
