Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver optimized P2P solutions.
Lead the end-to-end Procure to Pay implementation while ensuring the project scope, deliverables, and timelines are met.
Analyze, recommend, and design scalable and efficient solutions to address complex business challenges.
Actively manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Partner with Master Data Management (MDM) teams to define and implement supplier, customer, and product data best practices.
Support development, execution, and transition of roll-out strategies, including cut-over plans, user training, and documentation.
Work with geographically distributed teams to deliver seamless solutions across multiple locations.
Monitor and address functional and technical issues during implementation and post-production support.
Empower end-users through training sessions and functional knowledge transfer to maximize system adoption.
Provide production support by troubleshooting and resolving system function anomalies.
Collaborate with the Solution Architect to design process workflows, write solution design documents, and test project solutions.

Required
7+ years in Oracle Procure to Pay implementation, with a strong preference for Oracle Cloud applications
Oracle Procurement Cloud
Oracle Accounts Payables Cloud
Oracle Contract Management Cloud
5+ years of experience in the Finance domain, specifically in the service industry
3+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Direct and Indirect Procurement processes
3+ years of Supplier Portal and Sourcing Cloud implementations
3+ years of experience in Contracts Management processes within Oracle implementations
2+ end-to-end Digital Transformation project implementations as a functional consultant
In-depth understanding of the linkage between Supply Chain Planning and Procure to Pay processes
Expertise in inspection options at receipt, including skip-lot functionality
Proven track record of Master Data Management best practices
Experience in an Agile/Scrum development process
Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities
Excellent analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Effective communication, with the ability to lead discussions across various levels of stakeholders
Hands-on experience providing post-production support, addressing user issues, and managing system updates or enhancements
Ability to handle multiple enhancement design requests simultaneously
Willingness to work with offshore team members during their business hours
Ability to travel to client locations when required during the project lifecycle
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration
Preferred
Experience creating user stories, managing sprints, and delivering in Agile environments
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics tools
