Responsibilities

Provide deep expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Finance, Order Management, and Inventory modules.

Advise clients on the effective use of Oracle products and align functionality with business processes.

Address complex and mission-critical issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Deliver exceptional customer service through diagnosis, replication, and resolution of advanced service requests.

Work directly with customers to resolve highly sensitive or critical issues.

Serve as a Situation Manager to manage and resolve escalations.

Develop and review Knowledge Articles to enhance the support knowledge base.

Mentor team members to foster their technical and professional growth.

Utilize external data integration services to load data into Oracle Fusion Applications from external sources.

Relate product functionality to business processes, ensuring seamless integration and usability.

Required

Experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS R12 Order Management / Inventory is a Must Have

10+ years relevant experience (8+ years in Oracle Fusion Finance, Order Management, Inventory, and Oracle EBS R12 Finance, Order Management & Inventory)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of financial & SupplyChain business processes and concepts

Proficient in external data integration with Oracle Fusion Applications

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to align technical functionality with business processes
