Responsibilities
Administer Oracle Fusion ERP environments, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Manage the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) console, including resource provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance.
Conduct regular system health checks, apply patches, and perform upgrades.
Set up and manage security roles and authorizations within Oracle Fusion ERP.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and export control regulations.
Monitor and audit system access and usage to maintain data integrity and security.
Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom applications and integrations.
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Communicate system changes and updates to relevant teams.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on objectives and deliverables.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
Identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality system performance.

Required
5+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion ERP environments.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its management.
Proven experience in setting up and managing security roles and authorizations in Oracle Fusion ERP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.
Ability to work in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) in Oracle Fusion Applications or OCI.
Experience with cloud development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of additional programming languages like SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
Previous experience in a manufacturing-focused ERP environment with robust WMS/MES modules.
