Responsibilities
Design and oversee Oracle HCM solutions for business needs.
Configure modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Time & Labor, and Payroll.
Support system integration for acquisitions and payroll consolidation projects.
Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Required
15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM solution architecture.
