Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Compensation Workbench, including ABP, merit increases, and bonus cycles.
Lead the design and configuration of Compensation modules, addressing business needs for base salary adjustments and merit increases.
Support integrations, approval workflows, and technical tasks such as fast formula development, OTBI reporting, and security assessments.
Provide ongoing support for Core HR and ORC modules, with a focus on Compensation-related tasks.

Required
7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations with strong expertise in Compensation and Benefits.
Proficiency in configuring core Compensation features, ABP, and managing salary/merit adjustments.
Technical skills in ACR, fast formulas, OTBI reporting, and security within Oracle HCM.
Proven ability to work independently with business teams and manage end-to-end compensation processes.
