Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle HCM Cloud's Time and Labor (OTL) module, focusing on configuration, implementation, and optimization.

Stay up to date with Redwood UX and changes in the upcoming OTL release, ensuring the client is prepared for new features and updates.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for OTL.

Configure and maintain OTL settings, including time categories, time management rules, and work schedules.

Support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Assist in the deployment of new features, updates, and enhancements related to OTL.

Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of OTL changes.

Troubleshoot and resolve any functional or technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud OTL.

Required

5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant, with a focus on Time and Labor (OTL).

Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in the Redwood user experience and functionality.

Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

Preferred

Experience with the upcoming Oracle HCM Cloud OTL release changes is a plus.
