Responsibilities
Act as the lead architect for the Oracle HCM payroll module, providing strategic direction and technical expertise.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to align system configurations with organizational requirements.
Lead the execution of Payroll Parallel testing to ensure accuracy in payroll processes and outputs.
Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end workflows, integrations, and system performance.
Prepare data conversion strategies to ensure UAT readiness.
Support stakeholders in defining and executing UAT scenarios, tracking progress, and resolving issues effectively.
Develop a comprehensive production cutover and migration plan for Oracle HCM Payroll.
Ensure a smooth transition to the live environment, addressing risks and issues proactively.
Provide stabilization support post-migration to ensure operational continuity.
Maintain detailed documentation of payroll configurations, testing procedures, and migration steps.
Ensure compliance with local and global payroll regulations and organizational policies.

Required
Extensive experience with Oracle HCM payroll modules and implementations.
Proven track record in leading payroll parallel testing, SIT, UAT, and production migrations.
Strong understanding of data conversion processes and integration strategies within Oracle HCM.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with payroll compliance and regulatory standards.
Ability to manage and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Certification in Oracle HCM Payroll or related modules.
Experience with large-scale Oracle HCM implementations and migrations.
Expertise in payroll reporting and analytics within Oracle HCM.
