Responsibilities
Provide scoping and assessment to the current environment to assist in building a roadmap for the implementation.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Celebrate, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and compliance to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Customize the Oracle Celebrate platform to support employee recognition and award programs tailored to the healthcare environment.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data security standards throughout the implementation process.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders using project management tools.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience.
Experience within Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
Proven track record of leading large-scale technology implementations in complex environments.
Proficiency with Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle ME, including Celebrate and Touchpoints modules.
Experience with system integrations, data migration, and API management.
Strong communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders across diverse teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address unexpected challenges.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value to the organization.
Preferred
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (e.g., Global Human Resources, Talent Management).
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
