Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and other HCM modules.

Ensure alignment of HCM solutions with business requirements and HR strategy.

Provide recommendations on best practices, configuration options, and system enhancements.

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Design and execute data migration, system integration, and deployment strategies.

Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, or third-party tools).

Work closely with HR leaders, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and technical teams.

Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance user experience.

Keep up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and features and assess their impact on the business.

Support project management activities, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system architecture, configurations, and business processes.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support

Proven experience in leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or upgrades

Expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management)

Knowledge of Oracle integration tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HCM Extract)

Understanding of security roles and workflow configurations in Oracle HCM

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud

Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements (e.g., FLSA, GDPR)

Required Security clearance
