Responsibilities
Managing help desk tickets.
Working with the customers on tickets assigned.
If system changes are needed to resolve an issue, then the owner of the ticket will need to work that process and do all required tasks from initial analysis through production validation.

Required
Oracle General Ledger expert
Experience in Oracle P2P for federal environment
Knowledge of federal procurement processes in Oracle
Managing help desk tickets
Working with customers on tickets assigned
Performing initial analysis through production validation for system changes
