Responsibilities

Defines, configures, and administers application controls; to include interacting and working closely with application development teams to implement.

Design, develop, implement and document requested enhancements and procedures as required.

Seek to understand untapped functionality and make end-users aware of future opportunities.

Plans, schedules, and implements projects using project management skills and methodology.

Assists in projecting software and hardware requirements.

Assigns personnel to various projects and directs activities.

Manages team(s) of programmer resources, mentors staff, conducts performance reviews and has staff hire and termination authority.

Manages vendor engagements for products and supplemental support agreements/consultants.

Consults with departmental stakeholders regarding systems and database operations, procedures and enhancements.

Coordinate as needed with other IT areas needed to support products.

Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the applications systems and programming section.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.

Seven (7) years systems analysis/programming experience in a business environment is required.

Preferred

Minimum 2 years experience with the following:

Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) and APEX (application express).

Strong experience in building integrations through REST, SOAP web services and use of HDL (HCM Data Loader). FBDI (File Based Data Import) a plus.

Hands-on experience with PaaS, OCI Infrastructure, DBCS/ATP databases and cloud storage.

Working knowledge of OCI including cloud configuration and setup, Application composer, Page composer, and customizations through visual builder studio.

Experience in integration using technology adapters like - File/FTP Adapter, DB Adapter, REST Adapter, SOAP Adapter, and Oracle ERP Cloud adapter, WS security, PL-SQL, concepts of Java, JavaScript and Regular Expressions.

Experience in developing BIP Reports, creating custom ESS Jobs.

Experience designing and developing integrations in OIC to Oracle HCM Cloud, including extracting Oracle HCM Cloud data using BI Publisher reports.

Should be capable of implementing inbound and outbound integrations between Cloud and third-party applications. Knowledge in XSD, WSDL, SOAP, XSLT, JSON and REST a plus.
