Responsibilities

Lead the Gen 3 upgrade for lower-tier environments.

Update admin scripts from Basic Auth to OAuth.

Manage agent services across OIC, SAP, Manhattan, and maintain service account security.

Oversee infrastructure support, including setup, monitoring, and certificate management.

Automate migration processes and ensure smooth code updates.

Collaborate with Oracle to resolve API Gateway, integration, and AS2 certificate issues.
